Attempting to run a jar file, don't know which java.exe to run.

I'm trying to run this open source game called opsu!, which uses a jar to run. However, this computer has WinRAR defaulted to run whenever I try running it, and I can't find a Java SE in the default apps. I searched through my Program Files and tried java.exe, javaw.exe, javaws.exe, and javacpl.exe, and none worked. Anyone know how to fix this?

Unfortunately, it's not as simple as that. I already installed the most recent version of Java 64-bit, which is how I found the java.exe files in Program Files. My issue is I don't know which one will run the app I'm wanting to run.
