Hello everyone. I've been suspecting that my graphics card has not been performing properly. It's an Asus ROG STRIX 1080ti and it seems to have trouble powering my Acer X34. I've done a couple benchmarks with Unigine Heaven and UserBenchmark and the card has come in behind what I expected. UserBench says that the GPU is performing way below expectations, being placed in the 18th percentile with a 146% rating. I also compared my Heaven benchmark with others and I usually came in behind other people with similar systems by 300-500 points. The card also under performs in games usually staying around 85fps in R6: Siege, whereas in most other benchmarks Siege had an average of 100fps on max settings with a 3440x1440 monitor. I have downloaded MSI Afterburner and GPU usage was usually at 99% and temps staying around 62C. The CPU was at about 60-70C and 64-70% usage. Am I overestimating the 1080ti's performance or is something actually wrong?

Solution
I have managed to fix the problem. I don't know exactly what did it, but I did a clean install of windows and downloaded Asus GPU Tweak from the website rather than the disk that came with the GPU. Thanks to everyone for the help.
How much RAM do you have? Is it a single stick or dual-channel?

Userbenchmark is not good for GPUs because it only uses DX9 and DX10. Unigine is okay but I don't know typical scores for that.

Run 3DMark FireStrike (DX11) if you don't have TimeSpy (DX12). https://store.steampowered.com/app/402290/3DMark_Fire_Strike_benchmarks/

I have 16 Gigabytes of dual channel RAM. I ran the Fire Strike Bench and these were the results.

That's what I was thinking. The Strix is clocked slightly higher than mine at stock, so it shouldn't be that much low. And with what OP originally said that temps were 62C and GPU usage was 99%, this is quite confusing.

One thing I can think of is maybe it's been downclocked?? Can you verify core and memory speed?

My GTX 1080Ti GPU score is around 30K give or take a few hundred points.

His overall score is lower that I used to get with my GTX 1080 and 7700K.....

Sorry for the delay. I usually keep the card in OC mode in the Asus GPU Tweak program. The core clock is stays at 1825-1873mhz while playing Siege. However, in 3DMark the core clock stayed around 1720-1800mhz in the first few test. In the physics test the clock dropped to around 1490mhz and in the combined test the core clock stayed at 1860mhz.
For the memory clock it stayed stuck at 5544mhz in Siege, but in Firestrike the memory clock stayed at 1386mhz for the entire benchmark.

-Side note: the GPU Usage in the Physics test dropped to 5% and I got around 40fps. Is that normal behavior?0
