Shadow of the Tombraider on R9 270

I'm planning to pre-order the game Shadow of the Tombraider that's releasing next week. I have the following rig

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Mem - 8GB
Graphic card - R9 270 (ahem)

I know it's old, but I don't have the money to upgrade it yet.

Would I be able to play the game at least at 1600x900 resolution, given that the minimum requirements provided by the developers don't meet mine?

You exceed minimum recommendations. They say you need an HD 7770 and your card is the equivalent of the HD 7850, a step up. If your willing to lower settings and settle for lower framerate, then I think 900p should be fine. The game will undoubtedly be more demanding than the last Tomb Raider, if you ran that on this computer then you have an idea of what's possible.
