I had some issues 2 months ago where the PC refused to start. I RMAed every piece of hardware save the gfx card and the issue did not resolve itself until I got the new CPU in. (No post code or beep. No bios screen. Nothing to help at the time.)It worked immediately after installing and has had no issues since. Until today. This evening I came home and attempted to boot my PC. It began to scream at me. A post speaker I installed gave me 5 short beeps, sat for 30 seconds, restart, repeated. I cut the power via the power supply switch and let it sit a few minutes before trying again. It booted without fail. The worry here is that this is how my issues with the last CPU began. All parts save the gfx card are the RMA parts I received. Even the power supply. I don't need these issues and can't afford a new CPU at this time. I am looking for any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue before it gets out of control. As for the system, parts posted below. Bios is set to factory default. No changes have been made physically to alter the system. Set on a power strip, but not a UPS.

I am writing on mobile as I want to avoid using the system as much as possible until I figure this out. As such the links are the quickest method. Your help and wisdom is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Solution
If you can get the CPU replaced, Update the bios and make sure everything is set to defaults like voltage. If you like to overclock, keep the CPU under 1.35v, and the cache voltage ats tock as you will not be able to overclock it anyway.

But I personally would trust a board that killing CPU's, I have an ASUS x99 deluxe board that's killed 2 5820k's, and a replacement x99 Deluxe that killed another 5820k to a point where Intel refused to replace the CPU. I still have the board, idk why I keep it, but I can't trust it with my 5960x.
