My Dream PC Specs

If you're looking for a high capacity hard drive for games, at least go with a hybrid SSHD:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822179110&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleKWLess&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleKWLess-_-DSA-_-FeedPages-_-NA&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIxrjwmOyo3QIVwrfACh1fTwkPEAAYASAAEgKIKfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
A regular hard disk drive will not be fast enough to keep up with a system like that if the OS/games are installed on it. I know because i'm going through it right now. Not with an 8th gen build, but a 4th gen.

Just to link few.
I didn't realize you were going to use the desk as the case, however there are still several bad part choices in the original build you linked.
