Which HDD is the fastest?

I need 1TB HDD, right now I have WD blue 1TB and in future I want to use it only for documents,movies,pictures etc. but for games like PUBG, GTA V,BF 5 and more I wanna buy HDD with faster read speed.

Is there anything better you can recommend me?

An SSD. If you want speed that is the way to go. Don't even consider a spinning drive.

do not get smaller than 240GB. smaller SSD's are slower.

That's an SAS drive and probably won't work on his board.
