Should I upgrade this PC or build new one?

I have Acer Aspire Tc-705 pc and been playing Fortnite on it lately but FPS is pretty bad.. Specs are i5-4460, gtx 745, 8gb ddr3, 300w PSU and no idea what motherboard

Should I upgrade to 1050ti and better PSU and is that enough to increase my performance? I really have no money to build gaming pc so I was thinking if upgrading this could work..

Depending on your budget a 1050Ti would probably be your best move, but make sure to get one that does not require an external 6pin PCIe cable, your PSU cant handle one of those.
Since you are on a low budget, upgrading the GPU will get you by as you save for a real system, the processor may be old, but its still capable.
