VR all in one PC - best value system?

Hello all who is happy to help!

I managed to secure funding to get two PCs with Oculus Rifts into a public service use... but there is a slight issue. I've been, so far, instructed that I am not allowed to build them- but instead buy 'Oculus-ready systems'....ugh!

This is where I am really hopeful that some of you can help.

Would any of you be able to find a really good value (price to performance) PC (without peripherals) with the following requirements? I really appreciate it so much as I'm not extremely confident on comparing like-for-likes

* Must be able to support most modern Oculus Rift titles with high quality 90fps steady or more
* Must be sturdy and likely to survive silly handling between locations whilst being relatively mobile(less essential though)
* Must be relatively future proof so that a simple GPU swap can give it a couple more years of VR life if possible...and compatibility for future headsets(or easily fixable)
* Ideally come with atleast 1 year limited repair warranty/guarantee....preferably one that doesn't ban overclocking )
* Has Windows 10 installed
* Costs no more than £800...or not much more... although this can stretch slightly higher if there is a really good reason. No need for keyboard/mouse/monitor etc....just interested in the system

That just about covers it I appreciate it is a tall order, but I was randomly told to pick a pre-made...despite me already having spec'd out a build-your-own.... eeek!

If you feel super helpful, if you could find me a price comparison if I built everything myself like-for like-...and/or what I could get for the same price that would be extremely helpful to. I really want to make the case for a DIY build - but they only communicate through stats and comparisons...

Your Monitor Resolution: Oculus ready and highly capable

Additional Comments: Would prefer a decent powersupply that won't result in killed components.... Would also prefer mini-ATX or atleast relatively sturdy and portable PC (Don't sacrifice performance for this convenience though)
