Amd R7 m445 not detected neither in bios nor device manager

I have my dell inspiron 5567 laptop working very well for nearly a year but now when I tried to update my amd card, it says to me that the amd card isn't detected and the installation ends with error 173.
I returned to device manager and didn't find the amd card listed there so I went to see the bios and it's just showing the intell hd graphics 620 and the amd isn't there.
I tried also to reset my windows and this didn't change anything.

If anyone can help me, I'd be grateful to him

Second uninstall AMD drivers with DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html in Safe Mode

Next, you did not state your Windows OS version so choose carefully, https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r7-series/amd-radeon-r7-400-series/amd-radeon-r7-m445 install corresponding driver

I'm sorry I didn't mention my windows os version it's Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134
I tried the first and second steps u gave to me but unfortunately it didn't work .

Have you:
Uninstalled AMD driver using DDU in safe mode?
Rebooted in Normal Mode.
Installed drivers for your OS from the link provided and rebooted?

yes I did that exactly but at the last step when I get to install the driver, it refuses the installation and says: No amd card detected.
I ran a bios diagnostic and found what in the image but I don't know what is it or if there is a relation between my problem and what in the image, if u know I'd be very grateful to u.

Next steps will be unusual.
Uninstall AMD drivers as before, using DDU in safe mode.
But instead of using AMD drivers, use Dell drivers, they are old, from 2016, but we need first to find your GPU.

Make sure you read and understood installation instructions provided there.

One step at the time. Do that and report back.

If you would be able to activate your AMD GPU than we will try to update to latest driver version.

sorry for not replying for a while, as the laptop was being checked with a dell engineer who said that the AMD card isn't working anymore and the whole motherboard needs to be replaced for a cost that reaches 60% of the laptop price and this was unacceptable so I didn't change it.
