Hi

My configuration is

Gigabyte z370p d3
Nvidia GeForce gtx 1080ti
Intel core i7 8700k
16 GB ddr4 3200mhz
Samsung Evo 970 m.2
Evga 850w gold power supply

I noticed that my graphics card has some issues. When i am playing pubg my graphics card is loading 98% when are not so many details to be loaded and drops to 50%-60% load when there are buildings and players around. When the load drops, my fps drop as well and is a bit anoying not being able to play pubg with at least 144 fps. My fps drops sometimes to 60 fps...

I did some overclocking to the CPU to 4.9 ghz, and to the GPU as well but nothing seems to change. The temperatures are decent:
50-60C on CPU full load
55-68C on GPU full load

If anyone knows how to deal with this issue, please let me know. Thank you!

Solution
Unreal Engine 4 is one of the easiest SDK to develop, maybe you should study it and make your own version of MOBA where players with fast CPU and GPU would have more FPS to players with minimum system requirement, it'll be different story with RPG games where CPU + GPU + RAM + storage speed and architecture matter, on MOBA games however, include server side optimization.

I am playing player unknown battlegrounds on full hd resolution, antialiasing - ultra, view distance - ultra, textures - ultra, everything else is on low. I know pubg is not very good optimised, but other players with the same configuration as mine are able to reach more fps than me with all settings on ultra and 2k resolution.

Played pubg yesterday, on FHD1080p res + i7 8086K + GTX 780Ti + DDR4 2400 + decent ISP bandwidth + no OC, I get 69 min 110 max fps all preset ultra. Had some lag, but I knew it wasn't cause by PC, you should look for cheat forum, my son told me so.

What do you mean nothing seemed to be working?

I am using CAM NZXT to track my pc performance and temperatures. On the gpu there is a section called "LOAD". That is what i was talking about. Sometimes i can see that load going to 98%. When that is happening my game run very smooth and i have up to 280 fps, but most of the time, that "LOAD" is only 45%-60% and i have very low fps (under 100). The thing is that it goes to 98% when not needed, for example when the textures are not very high on the game, but as soon as i meet some players or a lot of buildings, drops to 50% resulting into a fps drop. I am sorry for my english, hope you understand.
