Vega 56 for 33% off?!

I was randomly looking through my local Newegg and noticed on the home page that the Powercolor Red Dragon RX Vega 56 was going for about SGD300 off. Had no idea that RTX releasing would also cause RADEON prices to drop... just asking whether this is likely a cause.

I'm not seeing 33% off unless you mean the $20 mir. It's not a special sale and gpu prices aren't low because of rtx. They're not even low. They're still higher than when I bought a gpu 9 months ago. Prices have gradually been going down from the memory shortage.
