So a few days ago I was working on my computer. When all sudden the screen froze, after that I had to hold on the power button for it to turn off, I had assumed it over heated so I left the pc for an Hour, but when I tried to turn it back on it started like normal, but after the windows logo popped up it was a black screen with no cursor, can't control + alt + delete cause of black screen. What happend to my windows? What could have caused the issue, I only had Microsoft Word open when this occured and it was hot in the room my pc is in.
