g4400+gtx 750 ti bottleneck

my setup:
psu- seasonic 520w
ram-x1 4gb ddr4
ssd-240gb
mobo-h110m ds2
cpu-g4400
gpu- gtx750 ti

i got bottleneck when using bandicam when playing rules of survival
i found that my ram is fake when check on cpu-z it has different serial, still i dont know if it is the cause of bottleneck
 
Solution
Your CPU might be struggling a little, given the gfx and RAM quantity (handling swapfiles and a decent gfx card etc.)

You really should have a minimum of 8GB of RAM in that system (assuming you're not running a 32-bit operating system).

If 64-bit, you might get a bit less stutter if you resize minimum swapfile to make up the difference (4096MB), with a maximum of 8192MB.

You might also get less CPU load if increase the load on the GPU by increasing the game settings (it might not help though, so trial and error).
