hlo guys today i oc my cpu and when i run cinebench 5th time it gets freeze full pc.mouse turns off, keyboard etc.what the problem behind it?
my pc does not have exhaust fan.
You didn't provide any specifics about your build, but first guess would be either a power supply overheating OR motherboard voltage regulators overheating.
I would reset EVERYTHING to stock. Verify that you can run these benchmarks for extended periods. If not, you have a more basic problem than the overclock.
Without a graphics card, your 2400G is going to have really BAD performance with a single stick of RAM.
If you search tomshardware site, you will see that your VS450 is considered a lower quality power supply and not suited for overclocking. Your power supply may be the source of your instability.
The power supply could be the issue. Its always good to go with a brand you can trust. Seasonic is all I use for that reason. Could also be your OC settings, or temps. I would at the least put the fan in the back so its pulling hot air out of the case. When you can add another one to the front as an intake.

guys i overclocked my ryzen 2400g to 4ghz with 1.4v after some run it would entirely freez.no movement in mouse cursor and keyboard turns off.i have msi b350 pro vdh using same processor on that require more voltage than currently using motherboard.(msi b450 tomhwak).i dont know what is wrong.no bsod as well.pc freezes fully.need to restart to work again.
SgtScream :
It's most likely your overclock causing the problem and has nothing to do with your power supply. Lower the multiplier until you see your issues stop.

why its varies with motherboard?
