Pc won't load windows

I just finished building my pc (i used 2 old ssd's one with windows 7 on it) and when i try to boot the windows logo starts to show up, but then it blue screens for half a second and restarts,

i dont know what to do to fix the problem (the psu is also from my old computer)
 
Solution
Take a note of the BSOD data, such as:

UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

or

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

or

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

You get the idea. It might also help if there's a file mentioned, such as win32k.sys, or even the stop code (e.g. 0x0000003B).

All that being said, try booting into safemode. If that works, it's most likely a driver or a lack of drivers.
