Fortnite Running Bad, Need Help Fixing

Okay so, when i play fortnite, i dont know why but the game runs really poorly. I use custom settings which all stay around low-medium settings. If i go to full out medium, high or above my game basically dies.

My specs are
AMD FX-6300 Six Core
Nvidia GTX 950
8GB RAM
Windows 10

My drivers are up to date and unreal engine is also up to date. Any help is appreciated.

That's just after starded playing or after a while? The GPU percentages, 99% is the fan speed or the GPU usage? To be sure just disable one of them. If 99% is the fan speed you have a cooling issue, check if all the fans are working, use your warranty or repaste the graphics card. If 99% is the GPU usage, customize your fan speed curve with Afterburner because your fans are running really slow for thar temps, you should try to keep the GPU under 80°C.

alright, i downloaded MSi and Rivatuner, i have MSi open right now, should i play a match of fortnite and show results after from MSi or what? Sorry im new to using stuff like MSi

I haven't my PC right now, in Afterburner settings there's a tab where you can see a list of information of interest. There's where you have to check all the options and then check that Rivatuner has active the option "Show on screen display". You will see the data in real time. Just check them while playing.

i was playing, and while staying still with High settings i took a screenshot, remember thats while staying still, u can see in the top left my gpu and cpu heat, bummer :( https://imgur.com/G3hL1hg
