They recommend 8GB of RAM. If you increase your RAM , then you probably could. Your processor would be questionable. They recommend a minimum Intel Core i5-4430 / AMD FX-6300. The i5-4430 is a 3.0 GHz / 3.2 GHz quad core. The quad core Q6600 is 2.4 GHz.

But why can i still play with my q6600 and gtx 550 ti with average fps 23-30 on very low
 


Those are not very playable settings for most players, for an FPS you want to be at 60 and very low is, well, very low.

Not sure why you asked the question if you already have the game and are running it. You know you can play it on the current system, so if you get a faster video card of course you can still play it. Question may be will the RAM and slower CPU cause issues with keeping up with the video card, that may be the case.
