I can run all my games fine for like 4+ hrs, 0 rr or crashes...
but when it goes to screensaver it does RANDOMLY...

memtest86 is the gold standard for testing ram.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

Ram is generally very reliable so I would not suspect that as your problem.
Likely, you have some sort of a software problem or a psu problem.
