Hello To all, I am from India. Recently I brought "Cooler Master MLW-D12M-A20PC-R1 RGB AIO CPU Liquid Cooler" from Amazon. But when i unbox it I feel wet liquid over pump and pipe. Is this normal or I got a leaked CPU cooler. Thanks in advance.
