So for the past 2 days, ive been trying to build another computer. I kept my previous psu and hdd (wiped with Dban) and upgraded everything else. I decided to go with the following for my budget build:

-Amd Ryzen 2400G
-Gigabyte Ab350M-DS3H
-Patriot (2x4) DDR4 2666Mhz RAM
-EVGA 430W
So i put everything together and boom, it booted up fine, all rgb fans working, led strips, cpu fan, all fine... however I plugged my moniter cable into my mother and it said on my computer moniter “Entering Power Saving Mode.” So i thought it was my cable and the fact that i was using a DVI-D adapter to my vga cable causing the trouble but whenever i disconnected the moniter cable, then the moniter would say “No VGA detected” so this made me assume that the moniter cable connection wasnt the problem, it was something else.. for hours i literally could not figure out why the pc couldnt boot to bios so i decided to just keep everything in the case but switch back to my old mobo, cpu, and gpu.

I connect all the old parts and with my bad luck... nothing even works when pressing the power button on. No fan movement, gpu doesnt work, nothing works. It cant be the PSU because it literally JUST worked ealier today. I was thinking it was the cases power switch however i keep reconnection, flipping, and etc but it didnt fix it. Im really out of options here...

(P.s. for the for the gig AB350M-DS3H mobo, the retailer on amazon said the boards ship with upated bios for Ryzen chips, so I dont think its the board. However, I do think its safe to know that I did buy a refurbished board for 10 bucks less, but it wouldnt make sense to me as to why it wouldnt come with an updated bios even though on the box.. it literally says “AMD Ryzen Desktop 2000 ready.”)

All help is appreciated!!
