I own an HP 580-023w and I was playing overwatch when suddenly the display developed green pixels in a few places and then went black with no signal at all. I turned off the PC for a little while and turned it back on and still getting no display. The computer turns on and all the fans run however. I know this PC has bad airflow so I usually open the case and blow a fan at the graphics card and cpu. I forgot to do that during this session. Did I kill my card? Any suggestions to troubleshoot?
Edit: I believe the hdmi ports to the MoBo have been disabled. I’m not familiar with how to activate them. The ports themselves were covered when I got the pc back for sending it to warranty repair to replace the CPU.
