Cpu 100% for 1 minute every day

When it next happens, open task manager and see what process or service seems to be holding the CPU high. Look into startup and scheduled tasks and see if corresponds to anything. Maybe it always happens 5 minutes after startup, or maybe 2-3 minutes after you start a program (e.g. your browser), or at a set time each day.

If task manager not possible during freeze, open it early, and wait. Failing that, log it.

Yea i don't wanna wait with the task manager open the whole day and yes the task manager cant be opened during freeze so what do you mean by log it?
