If you cant get a gpu, you should probably look at amd APU's. For example this one here: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113481&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Processors+-+Desktops-_-N82E16819113481&gclid=Cj0KCQjwz93cBRCrARIsAEFbWsgv9fdVaDENHfL4MsARlUqtBWt4-M9j_wUhzvYVUiws4Cv93GQ8p6kaAmtmEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
the 2200g has 2 more cores than the i3, and has VEGA graphics built in, definitly enough to play fortnite and GTAV(the intel cannot play gtaV on its own.) Additionally b350 or b450 motherboards are equally as cheap as the intel board, which is all you need to run the 2200g. Just be sure that if you get a b350 it has the updated bios to support the newer amd...

You can contact the seller and ask about the bios. But it's probably better to just grab a b450 board. It will save the trouble of having to deal with it. They are in the same price range now
