hi, i recently changed my 970 to a 1070 and did a safe mode DDU clean but im getting saddly a little better perfomance and i noticed i have 30 to 40% usage in my GPU, doesnt matter the game
and i cant figure it out why.
my specs are:

i tested with monster hunter world and i have 10 to 15 fps in a very foggy area with low-med config
and with warframe i have 144 idle and 50 to 80 in a battle but still with 30% gpu usage both
