as the title suggests can I run Radeon rx 570 on i7 2600 3.40 Ghz bios a06 cause I get no signal to montior when I put in new gpu. I don't think theres a problem power because I put in a 750 evga gold standard psu. I'm wondering if it's because Im using a dvi cable and not a dvi-d cable? or the bios is not uefi? an if so is it possible to change my computer from bios to uefi?

1. make sure your monitor is set to auto selection for input signal (not all do this) and make sure it is on DVI input.
2. you could pull the card and try the same cable with your motherboard. it is also using DVi output. (to rule out cable and monitor issues)
3. do you have an HDMI cable ()if your monitor permit using it) and see if the output works that way ? (or a DVI-D cable with a DVI converter for the computer side)
4. as far as bios, check on dell web site for your XPS8300 for a newer bios maybe addressing this issue? I have a OptiPlex 7020 motherboard and for my 1060 to run I had to get the latest BIOS upgrade and then all worked perfectly. something to consider as well.
