Computer screen freezing

My computer screen constantly freezes when I’m doing random things, not even intensive things. The keyboard and mouse stay lit but don’t work, and the network is still connected and I can hear audio. The only way to fix is with a restart. What’s the problem?

Need to start with full system specs including the power supply brand and model. Could be failing power supply, OS crash, bad RAM, really a bunch of things.

Does the screen lock up or does it go blank?
