Can't see or open some PCs on network. Some I can

I have three computers on my private network. All on Windows 10 v 1083
All behave differentliy regarding their behaviuor in File Explorer\Netvork.
Computer name Can see Can open
24ST8....……….. ….24ST8 YES
………. ……………..24ST8_2 NO

24ST8_1...………….24ST8 NO
…………...………….24ST8_1 YES
……………….. ..…..24ST8_2 NO

24ST8_2...………....24ST8 YES
……………………. ..24ST8_2 YES

Media server on 24ST8_1 is visible on all PCs
and can be opened

Please advise

Make sure all PCs have network and file sharing turned on in the firewalls. Also make sure Network Sharing is enabled on the adapters.

Thanks Androbourne..
I did all that to no avail.
I found out that 24ST8_1 used Windows Firewall. Turned that off (I use Bitdefender).( I recently reinstalled Windows on that computer.)
Now it can see all PCs but not open the two other PCs.

Any suggestions?

Well simply turning off Windows Firewall wont work. You still need to turn on File and Sharing on the firewall through all the zones.

I would try uninstalling Bitdefender as it can sometimes take over the local windows firewall even when its disabled. Turning it off may not work.

I did reinstall Bitdefender
I don't see any options for file sharing in Bitdefender. I have set network adapters to home/office on all machines.
I have network sharing on all machines.
I have upgraded 24ST8_1 to Windows 10 PRO. All machines are PRO now.
I set Program Features on all machines to the same. Also services.
Especially all network entries. (one doesn't stay running because it is not forced by other SWNow the situation is much better:

24ST8_1 can't see itself, that is no real problem, but something is wrong of course.

I wanted to show a screenshot of Windows Features, but I don't see any way to do it.
