Thank you!...I did download that to a flash drive but I don't have enough usb ports so have to buy a usb dongle/splitter in order to use mouse/keyboard and the flash drive at the same time...That makes me feel hopeful though, that I will be able to determine if it's defective. I"m pretty sure it must be because this computer has barely anything on it. I am going to town tomorrow so will pick one up and let you know!
Although I couldn't get into BIOS the normal way , F2, I was able to get into the bios and I changed the boot order and was able to do the Seatools testing, and everything passed.

Great news! HDD does not look like to be the issue. However it is a good idea to run the extended test (if you have not done so yet) and yes, it takes a long time to complete.
I ran the extended test...it took forever...I did all the Basic Tests. What else could it be then? I'm really glad they came out ok but I'm at a loss of what to check next, although I thought I would try a Windows Reset but I am making a Windows 10 installation media just in case.

Think you need to focus on your RAM. Do you have one or two sticks? (I think one)
So that memory diagnostic said my memory was fine...so I reset Windows. This morning I open up Task Mgr and disk access goes up to 100%. So nothing has helped.
