Upgrade to AIO or Air Cooler?

So, I've got this PC and been running stock frequency on everything and decided that i want to O.C, now the problem is, my cpu hits around 65-70° on 100% load, Prime 95. Recorded with Core Temps, on 4.6gHz with stock voltage and did a stress test for 2-3 hours. I want to push it a bit more, seems like the cpu wants to go higher :D But the 212X is a bit noisy and quite warm as you can tell. Should i go for a Be Quiet Dark Pro 3(quite similar but less noisy and a tiny bit cooler) or for an AIO, CM masterliquids ML240 RGB(heard of leaks and i don't want this to happen :p) Another option is to buy one more fan and use push-pull, plus one more at the front to push cold air from the top-front, as i only have one at the bottom-front and one as exit through the back.

i5 7600k with 212X 4.6gHz
16 gb ram corsair vengeance 2400
Gigabyte GTX 1070
+25 on clock and +525 on memory
650 Evga PSU 80+ Gold
Z270X Ultra Gaming Gigabyte

Your case has 160mm available so the DRP3 @ 163mm may be a problem.
Ditto for DRP4.
I might suggest the similarly priced noctua NH-D15s @160mm.

Past that, the new s variants are redesigned for compatibility.
They will clear ram with tall heat spreaders.
They are offset a touch to clear graphics card backplates when mounted in the first pcie x16 slot.

The addition of a second front intake fan suggested above is also a good idea.

Any cooler or graphics card needs a good supply of fresh intake air to do it's job.
Whatever comes in the front will exit somewhere, taking parts heat with it.




The 7700K does run abnormally warm but that is not a weak cooler. It'll support the 7700K with OC'ing.

Which board is that on?
