A specific game i want to run is rust, but it lags and stutters and it makes me mad because theres a vid on youtube(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jyjNJHHJ2I8) that shows him with a lower end pc but hes not lagging and hes getting decent fps. Please help shed some light on the problem.
