So here is my plan:
I know that the foxconn mobo in this thing only supports up to the core 2 duo e8600 and thats what im planning to get since currenly it has the e4400 which isnt doable in any type of modern gaming. Second, my plan for the ram is to get 2x 1gb and 2x 2gb to get 6gb all in all in quad channel ddr2. As for the storage im planning to get a 1TB seagate barracuda. Here comes my main problem, I'm thinking of getting the GT 730 1gb GDDR5, but the psu is a Bestec 250W one, will all of my components draw more than 250W from the wall? Or will it be just right for everything I have planned? I don't have any fancy gadgets to check that power draw so im hoping i get some input from the experts here. Thanks for reading!

Your PSU will likely be fine with that low end GPU. Also, populating all 4 memory slots is not quad channel. That chipset only supports single and dual channel modes.

Mixing memory models can produce undesirable results. Just something to be aware of.
