Can I wash my keyboard?

So it's that time again, my keyboard's filthy, so I'm gonna clean it. Every other time I've done it, I've just taken all the keycaps off and then used a clorox wipe. But that doesn't really get the job done. So I was wondering, since my keyboard is waterproof, could i just run it under the sink? I'm not really sure, cause on the website it says "can withstand the average liquid spill" which makes it seem like only a little water can get on it, but then this picture is also there, which makes it look like i could just run water over it. https://imgur.com/a/EFK0BeF I have an eagletec kg010.

I wouldn't.
Not until it was completely dry.

I've done it with multiple keyboards. None advertised as "waterproof or "water resistant".
Take it apart, and wash.
Let dry.
Of course...that drying takes a couple of days before I'd plug it back in.

Be careful, and YMMV.

So if you've done it with keyboards that aren't waterproof could I plug it back in after an hour or two? Cause my keyboard has like a drainage path that empties all the water out under the keyboard if you spill anything on it if that makes sense, it's kinda hard to explain, but if you spill water on it, it essentially just ends up under the keyboard.
