so i installed my new gpu and for some reason i got win 10 update for graphic card that i dont have anymore in my pc(i had geforce 8400 gs now i have gt 1030) https://imgur.com/8jwEN9g
why i got win 10 update for graphic card driver that i dont use anymore?

Because there are traces of the old drivers left on your computer. I would run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller ) program and removes all traces of drivers, then download the latest drivers from Nvidia for your 1030.
