CPU running hot but no freezes

running a 5.0 OC on my i7 8700k, there are no freezes or crashes or stuttering whatsoever but the temperature peaks out at 100C sooo..... what's going on? any voltage suggestions to use as a baseline?

i7-8700k @5.0Ghz Liq cooled,
gtx 1070 FE,
32gd ddr4 ram @ 2400mhz,
z370 MSI SLI Plus,
700w Bronze psu,
250gb M.2 Samsung,
3tb WD 7200rpm hdd,
4k @60hz sceptre monitor

What is your LLC settings? I'd install HWmonitor

and watch Core voltages under load and idle for Load line calibration.
Also a single 120mm may not cut it for overclocking, had an i5 that hit 100deg.C at stock clocks ;) I'd go to say 240mm or 280mm to keep it under, but for now you just run the pump and fans 100%?
If you're able to hit 5Ghz at 1.31v you have a good chip.
