Don't know what to look for

OK I was running prime 95 and the temperature program I forget the name not by my computer right now and no temps got to 80 but IDK what temps are the most important some of the cores were close to 75 as was the CPU package temp but the CPU temp was lower I just don't know what the most important

All temps are important and if running Prime95 all of them were under 80ºC you are perfectly fine.

OK one more question I did take the xmp setting off but even when the xmp was enabled the drram was only running at 2733 not even ever the 3200 that it's was advertised at.. Why is that? I have the lasted update for the bios and the mobo should be fine with 4000 and beyond well it says so anyway?
