Gtx 770 4gb antec tp 550 watt

Will me tp 550watt antec PSU handle a gigabyte gtx 770 4gb. My cpu is a non overclocked i7 920 and im not planning to overclock my gpu in the future?

I don't know if with Antec Truepower you mean Antec Truepower Classic or Truepower Classic is another PSU series. If they are the same series (it looks like it is) and according to this tier list, it's a really good PSU and probably will handle the graphics card:

Anyway the recommended wattage as you said is 600W. You can just try. Anyway you can limit the GPU power draw with MSi Afterburner, maybe you can cut a sensitive slice of power draw without loosing performance or introducing instability.

Anyway you should change your PSU to avoid overloading it. If the PSU is really Tier 2 you should be able to sell it at a nice price and get a lower tier but more powerful PSU without loosing much money.
