hi Tom
my DVD RW Drive able to read/burn CD-RW BUT
unable to load or read DVD-RW or DVR+RW.
can you let me knew, how to resolve it pleas?

If not, windows just blocks it somehow.

Step 1) Press your windows button and type in regedit (it will ask for administrator permission, but that should be fine) ;).
Step 2) Go to the following: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SYSTEM -> CurrentControlSet -> Control Class -> 4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318
Step 3) Delete the 2 things: 1 = "Lowerfilters", 2 = "Upperfilters"
Step 4) Close the program and restart your pc.
Step 5) Problem resolved
