Last night I turned my PC off and all was well. This evening once I returned home I turned my PC on and I started up a game and noticed I was getting 25FPS I thought well thats weird so I look at task manager to see whats going on. My CPU a Ryzen 5 1400 is capped at 99%-100% the entire time with just regular apps taking up 10-30% of my usage. I've tried bios updates driver updates restarting just to see if its a simple fix. I even uninstalled things like Malwarebytes or Memory cleaner to see if that was causing a problem. I have yet to just reset my PC because I don't want to download all my games and apps all over again.
