Smallest m-atx case

I see many questions posted for smallest case for certain components but none seem to fit what I would like.
I have a micro ATX board. Problem is my ATX PSU is standard size and this means the case is a lot bigger then I had hoped. Is there a case that allows PSU to mount sideways/vertical, like the optical drive can?
My current pc is a aspire xc105 and only 100mm wide, need to upgrade it and all case appear to be double this width

Sorry I mean I want to mount the PSU on its side to have a narrow case. Most case are around 20cm wide when looking at a typical tower case. But I want to have a narrow case maybe 15 cm at most. But a PSU is maybe 17cm wide but only around 9cm high, so if I mount the PSU on its side it would only need 9cm for the PSU width so the case could be a fair bit narrower.

Aerocool qs120 IF you can find it ...otherwise lian li and silverstone. The other option may be to get a HTPC case and mount it on its side... Also SFX PUS are much smaller than std PSU

Are you asking for small volume or small width?

Silverstone is the king of small cases.

Cooler Master Elite 361 (or Elite 360) (even takes ATX mobos) 5.9"x14.4"x18.2" (old and hard to find, I have one)
Silverstone Grandia GD05 5.9"x12.8"x17.3"
Silverstone ML04 4.1"x13.8"x17.3" (low-profile GPUs only)

The reason cases are so wide these days is because graphics cards are wide and fans < 92mm aren't desirable (120mm is standard).

the umx3 by jonsbo /cooltek does do what you require eg mount the power supply at the front vertically, however it is not mounted sideways on ... this is, AFAIK one of the smallest matx cases going.
I am considering getting one , but it is a discretionary purchase and they are quite expensive, so I will wait till after BREXIT and see whether we implode and riots on the streets (civilly, not like the uncouth French)
