What is the best cheap graphics card

i want to be able to play nearly all the games but without spending so much money i was wondering what parts you guys would think i should use and i dont need it to be pretty or anything i just want a pc that can run games very well even 144hz so it can go with my monitor

Define cheap. What is your budget?

And "move it around to go to lans and things like that" is not very clear. Laptop computer may be more suitable if travel is involved.

Add some explanation and clarify your requirements.

You can build a fairly cheap small mATX computer. But as said define cheap and also what games are you going to play.

Yeah need more information and you mentioned 144 hz monitor if you want run games at 144 FPS your going to need a good card unless your only playing CS GO or its ilk.
