Hi all! This is the best forum I've found for answers to my tech questions! I have an Arris CM820 that is rated for 300 mbps. When hooked up to my 150 mbps connection I don't even reach 100 most of the time. The tech says that I need a new modem. It is a DOCSIS 3.0. He said that I need a DOCSIS 3.1. I'm confused. Please help. Thanks!
