Hello every one
so last week while i was playing warframe my pc froze and i had nothing to do but to froce restart and after the restart i found that my resolution is not the same any more it was then i checked the device manager and i got the code 43 on my gtx 780 so i tried everything related to software from fresh driver instal to updating gpu bios nothing worked so far while i was searching for solutions i found thread on the geforce site that might fix the problem by booting the xubuntu on a cd or usbflash then install a third party program so i booted xubuntu but what really happend my pc stuck at the xubuntu loading screen with weird colors and small blue line and big green circles it was kinda weird and it should be sky blue loading screen so i had old geforce 9400 gt so i tried the 9400 gt and everything went fine no problems at all even when i tried to boot the xubuntu and it was also fine with the normal xubuntu Xenial Xerus loading screen.
so what you suggest dead gpu or dead psu ?
my system spc
Cpu: i5 4670k
Gpu: gtx 780
Psu: coolermaster gx 650w
Ram:16 gb of ram
Motherboard:gigabyte z87x-oc
