There is no standard implementation of QoS so this is a read the manual question.
It is not common for any AP to have any form of QoS. There is seldom a need to limit traffic between devices inside your house and a AP is does not know that one of the devices connected to it is your router or another pc.
If you are using a router as a AP most the QoS setting will do nothing even if you can configure them. The traffic must be going lan-wan and there is no concept of WAN when you are running as a AP.
