Which Graphic Card Should I Get

My Specs :
i3 3220
Intel HD Graphics 2500
4GB RAM
230 PSU
I want to get decent graphic card (Price 100-120$) to run games such as CS:GO , GTA 5 , Saints Row, etc at medium/high settings. It would be more helpful if you provide amazon link.

You'll need more then a graphics card. First 4GB of RAM isnt enough, you need at least 8 and preferably in dual channel. Second the dual core i3 you have is weak, so you should look at a used i5-3550 or i7-3770. These upgrades will be fairly cheap since you can find plenty of used stuff, including DDR3 RAM.

Another issue is your 230 watt PSU, while there are cards that will run on it such as the GT1030 (very low end) and GTX1050 (non ti) it would be advisable to upgrade to something like a Corsair CX450 (White and Black lettering) or Corsair CX450M before you do anything really. Also going to a 450 or 550 watt PSU will allow you way more options with graphics card.
