I have a GTX 1060 6 GB , I5 8600K, msi z370 gaming pro carbon, 16 gb ram 2.4 GHz.

Sometimes i overclock the GPU with afterburner but the cpu is almost always overclocked to a 4.8 GHz on all cores but without a voltage increase.

Cpu temps are never above 40 degrees and GPU temps max out at 71. Also, cpu is only taking up around 35 Watts.

Is this stable or should i change anything?

500W PSU, 240mm Xigmatek scylla cooler.

(I'm not getting artifacts or anything and its not particularly. Noisier as a system. Im asking if its healthy for my components)

Solution
Based on what you have said.....no issues whatsoever. 4.8GHz can be achieved with just a Multiplayer change in most cases. If you really want to make sure you have no issues, do a Prime95 version 26.6 blend test for 20 minutes...If temps don't go past 80 degrees and it does not fail on any of the cores you are more than okay.
