So I have a wifi adapter and my speed can be a few MB/s but everytime I get on my PC and start to download an update for a game or whatever, the speed is about 100 to 200 KB/s.
It only fixes once I unplug my adapter, reply, reconnect, and only then will it slowly rise back up to original speeds.
Any ideas what on earth it could be?
