Computer turns on for a couple seconds then restarts

Hello I upgraded my cpu from an amd fx8320 to a Intel i5 7400 so i had to get a new mother board so I got a gigabyte b250m-ds3h but I put everything together connected but when ever I hit the power button it starts and the machine powers up but then it immediately restarts, I have a my setup is a gtx 1050ti Intel i5 7400 8gb ram 500Wpower supply, I used to run everything perfectly fine so what's the matter I looked it all up and it said to clean the ram which is a new ddr4 that i haven't used I switch the ram slots I took everything apart resested CMOS, but I have no clue what's going on and it's driving me crazy please help

One stick or dualchannel? If one stick try the second slot from the cpu first,but test all if necessary. If dualchannel try the grey slots first.
Switched board so are you using the right standoffs?

It was having the same issue with the Case off, the fans are running perfectly fine, I took off the gpu and the issue still was present same for the ram and I unplugged and replugged everything and it just keeps restarting
