Hi guys,
So we got my friend a used zoostorm pc (Windows 10) from a classified ads site. The pc was working great for a couple of days however my friend claims that the pc crashed and now when it tries to start up I get the error message:
Your pc/device needs to be repaired with the following error code:
0xc0000185.
So far I have attempted to create an installation media on a usb and boot from the usb however when I boot the pc from the usb to do a clean windows install I first see the blue windows logo for about 10 seconds followed by the loading dots that spin in a circle for maybe 3 seconds and then black screen.
I have tried swapping GPU Power supply and ram to see if that would work but no luck.
Any help is massively appreciated and a big thankyou in advance!!
