Hello there!

I would like to build a Desktop PC for main usage with photoshop Lightroom and some rendering on After effects. I would also like to buy a decent monitor min 27".
Total budget is around 1200 euros (+-100 eur is ok)

Can you please help me on deciding the parts? can you suggest me some key parts?
I am from Greece but i suppose i can find the parts here too! thank you very much!
