PUBG isn't the best optimized game, even after tons of updates but your 660ti should be more than good enough to hold a decent fps at 1080p on the lowest settings. Not too sure about that CPU though. That said, I don't suggest you upgrade on what you've got right now. Rather save up and get a new CPU, RAM and motherboard. You'll see much larger performance improvements, even with your 660ti.

GTA V with "Optimal Settings" Optimal means your using a mix of Low to High @ 1080p and staying above 40 fps. GTA V is pretty well optimized now and will run on a much larger range of Specs than it use to. As far as other games that is going to depend on the Title but mostly Low to Medium is where you would be looking at.

The suggested requirements for GTA V @ medium settings are as followed.
Core i5-680 3.6GHz
Phenom II X4 810
GeForce GTX 750
Radeon R7 260X v2

A 660 Ti is on par if not a little better in some cases than both of those GPU's. Are you overclocking the 810?

You probably could, although I can't say for sure. Never seen benchmarks for this CPU in modern games. You'll have to try it for yourself to be sure.
